The Wave Tear Edger makes creating
this simple page even easier. Simply tear multiple strips to
accent the top of the photo mat and frame the bottom. Add
your title and a few embellishments and you’re done!
*Tip: When tearing pull in small increments to keep your
paper close to the shape of the Tear Edger.
