Step 2 - Take the form to the owner or manager of store you’d like us to list. Explain the site to them and encourage them to check us out!

Step 3 - Assuming the store wants to be part of our Maps-2-Memories family, have them complete the “Store Info” section and fax the sheet back to us at the fax number on the bottom of the page. We’ll take it from there.
